FAQs

  • Yes, there is a waitlist. If spots become available, we will begin offering them to waitlisted participants starting August 31. If you can no longer attend, please email city2thesea@gmail.com. Participants may also transfer their registration for a $5 fee.

  • Participants may transfer their registration through RunSignUp to someone on the waitlist. Anyone wishing to transfer their entry to another participant should not use the City to the Sea social media platforms to facilitate the transfer, and must not charge more than the original entry fee paid for the event.

  • Log in to RunSignUp and check your current orders.

  • Please note that entry fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. You may transfer your registration with a fee. If you can't attend the event please let us know. We will add someone from our waitlist. Our goal is to provide flexible options while continuing to deliver a high-quality experience year after year.

Thank you for understanding that most supplies and services for the race must be secured well in advance. We've worked hard to balance flexibility with quality, ensuring we can continue delivering an exceptional experience year after year.

  • Transfers are allowed with a transfer fee ($10) as along as space is available. Once the 5k race fills, we can no longer authorize transfers between events. We appreciate your understanding!
