Parking Garages

The City operates three conveniently located parking garages, all within a block of the downtown core. We recommend participants, spectators, and downtown visitors use the garages rather than street parking - they’re more affordable by the hour, allow for all-day parking, and help keep curb space open. Stress less and park with ease before race time!

  1. 842 Palm Street Garage - 415 spots, Height Allowance 6’ 10", Open 24/7

  2. 919 Palm Street Garage - 192 spots, Height Allowance 8' 2", Open 24/7

  3. 871 Marsh Street Garage - 577 spots, Height Allowance 8' 2", Open 24/7

The 871 Marsh Street Parking Garage offers 19 electric vehicle charging stations, conveniently located on the ground level.

Street Parking

Parking downtown is easy with multiple Pay Stations located throughout the area. Prefer a more convenient option? Use the PayByPhone app, available on the App Store and Google Play, to pay for parking right from your phone.

Pay Stations are located throughout the downtown area. You can also pay via the PayByPhone app available at the Apple Store or on Google Play.   

Downtown Core Hourly Rate: $2.75 per hour/Max Time Limit: 3 hours  

Downtown Perimeter Hourly Rate: $2.25 per hour/Max Time Limit 10 hours

10 Hour Monthly Permit: $60.00 (May not be used in the Downtown Core Rate Zones)

Hours of Enforcement: 

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m

Parking Information for 5K Participants & Supporters in Avila Beach

  • All 5K participants and race supporters must park at Avila Beach Resort’s 10th Fairway.

  • No street parking or parking in Avila Beach public lots will be permitted for City to the Sea Half Marathon & 5K participants or supporters.

  • 550 parking spaces will be available on the 10th Fairway on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Please note: No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit the 10th Fairway between 7:15 AM and 8:15 AM while the 5K event is in progress.
