Brian is an award-winning coach from San Luis Obispo who will help unlock your full running potential with personalized training that delivers real results. He offers virtual coaching programs to help you successfully tackle the City to the Sea Half Marathon & 5K or build toward larger goals, such as aiming for a Boston Qualifier.

With over 20 years of coaching and exercise science experience, Brian uses a holistic, evidence-based approach that includes injury prevention, strength training, and mental performance coaching to help you run efficiently, stay healthy, and build confidence throughout your training. As a member of the City to the Sea event staff for 18+ years, Brian has unique insights into training specifically designed for the City to the Sea course.
